Planning Services
Day-of Coordination
$1,500
For the couple who has done all the planning and just needs solid execution day-of. We start with an in-depth call to discuss the details of your wedding. Then I will review all of your vendor contracts and create a custom Wedding Day Timeline that serves as the playbook for your event. I share it with your vendors before the wedding and manage them day-of. Package also includes virtual weekly check-ins, a venue walkthrough, rehearsal management, and up to 10 hours of in-person support day-of. Service starts 21 days out.
Assistant Coordinator
$500
Required for events with 2 venues, over 200 guest count, or extensive DIY decor.
Partial Planning
$2,000
For the couple who has done most of the planning but wants more support leading up to the big day and wants to hand off vendor communication. Package includes everything in the Day-of Coordination package plus vendor communication and creation of a custom floor plan. Service starts 60 days out. 90 day package also available starting at $3,000.

Experience
I spent the last few years working for Wedgewood Weddings and learning everything there is to know about weddings and events. I have helped plan over 200 weddings and personally coordinated more than 120 weddings with guest counts ranging from 20-250+.
